Please read all the following information on this page before checking out.  By using this website you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated below including the Return and Exchange Policy.  No exceptions will be made to any of the following terms and conditions.

Order Processing:
Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your order before it is shipped by the shipping method chosen.  If you would like an update on your order, please call the Customer Service number listed and a member of our Surly staff will update you on your order.

Please proofread carefully before submitting your order. You are responsible for the copy you send to us. Please check the spelling of names, initials and sayings carefully and verify that all the information is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We will print exactly what you specify.

Computer monitors display colors differently. The actual color of our products and inks may be slightly different from that which is displayed on your monitor.  

Our shopping cart is fully secure. Please refer to our Privacy and Security information for further information. 

Shipping Policy:
All shipping is provided via Fed Ex.  Shipping choices are presented at the time of checkout.  We require a signature for all deliveries.  You cannot waive this service.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery.  In no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order where the carrier can provide delivery confirmation. Nearly all of our shipments can be tracked from our manufacturing facility to the delivery address.

At the current time we only ship within the United States.  International customers can call the Customer Service numbers to check on availability of International shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy:
Surly Girl stands behind its merchandise and service.  We do not issue refunds, however if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the steps below to receive a web or store credit if it is within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise.  No exchanges can be made on Sale items or customized merchandise. 

To Process an Exchange:
1)   Call the Customer Service number listed above during business hours.  If it is not business hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly.

2)  
Surly Girl will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) to you if your purchase was delivered within 7 days before the first phone call and the product is in new and unused condition.  Shipping fees will not be added to store or web credit.  You must write your RA Number on the outside of your box that you are shipping back to us. 

3)   All returns must be sent via Fed Ex, UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery.  Your return will not be accepted if you have not been issued a Return Authorization Number.

4)   Sale items and customized merchandise cannot be exchanged for web or store credit.

5)   MAIL YOUR ITEM WITH YOUR RA NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE TO:

6)   Once your merchandise is received by Surly Girl, you will be issued a Web or Store Credit.  There is no expiration date on either type of credit.  Web Credits can only be redeemed over the phone by calling the Customer Service numbers listed above.  If you desire a Store Credit instead to be redeemed in the Surly Girl store, we will mail you a receipt with your credit.

Personalized items, where we have made no error, cannot be returned. If we make an error in manufacturing your personalized item, we will happily replace it for you. Errors in personalized items must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors in your original copy or print instructions.

Shipping charges will not be refunded on any exchanges. No allowances, refunds, credits, exchanges or other adjustments may be made for items not returned within 7 days from receipt of your order.

If, upon receipt, you find that your order has been damaged, please call Customer Service immediately, using the contact information provided on this web site.  All shipping damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.

We work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, from time to time, despite our best efforts and intentions, errors do happen. When they do, we will replace the item without hesitation. Surly Girl shall not be liable, in any way, for consequential or inconsequential damages or losses sustained, or aggravated, after you receive your order and use the merchandise purchased.

Back Orders:
If an item you are shopping for is out of stock, you will not be charged for such items.  Please call our Customer Service Dept to find out when delivery of that item is possible.
